Antana Hope Society will ensure sustainability through:
- Community ownership and volunteer engagement. Engage local volunteers and leaders in program delivery.
- Strategic partnerships: Collaborate with government bodies, other NGOs, and corporate partners.
- Social Enterprise Model: Launch income-generating activities such as craft production, consulting, or event services to partially fund operations.
- Diverse funding: Apply for funding from multiple sources, including corporations and foundations and organize fundraising events and individual donor campaigns.
- Donor Engagement: Implement robust donor reporting and transparency tools to maintain and foster long-term trust/ long-term support.
